Modify:RightValue

Sets or gets the permission for the editing of the ChangeSet.

The user can check via this property whether the group may edit the ChangeSet. Users can rename the ChangeSet or change the status of the ChangeSet.

If the executing user has the role of user manager, then the permission can be set via this property.
