GroupAssignment

Indicates the workspace for a group in the data repository.

In a group, the permissions for ChangeSets and data objects are assigned to the members. Furthermore, the permissions for data objects in a group can be limited by means of the workspace. In this way the members can be permitted to receive the permissions for the data objects only in the Productive Environment or only in ChangeSets.

The default value is Global.

Values

Live: Members of the group are given the permissions for the data objects for the Productive Environment only.
ChangeSets: Members of the group are given the permissions for the data objects for all ChangeSets they are allowed to enter.
Global: Members of the group are given the permissions for the data objects for both the Productive Environment and for all ChangeSets they are allowed to enter.
