Locks:IDataObjectLockCollection

Gets a collection of locks for the data object.

The collection supplies all locks that currently exist for the data object in the system.

A lock is generated for a data object if an aspect of the data object is changed in a ChangeSet. A modification to an aspect can generate several locks for the current object or its dependant data objects.
