With the role of user manager, a user receives the following permissions:

• Managing of all groups (create, edit, delete)
• Viewing of all users and their user profiles
• Creating of users and user profiles
• Editing of users, excluding other user manager, administrators and the user 'admin'
• Deleting of users, excluding other user manager, administrators and the user 'admin'
• Editing and deleting of user profiles
• Full access to ChangeSets (creation, publication, editing of properties)
• Transfer of editing processes to other users

This role can be assigned and withdrawn by all administrators.
