Name:String

This is the username of a user. This name is used in conjunction with the password when logging onto the system.

The name must be unique for users. There is no case sensitivity here.

The following hierarchy must considered for editing the username:

• User manager may edit the name of normal users.
• Administrators may edit the name of normal users and user manager.
• The user admin may change all names except his own.
