IDataObjectPublishedModification

This structural modification is generated if the data object was changed in a ChangeSet and this modification was published.

Since structural modifications are always generated at the time of the change, users could not see in the previous versions whether modifications had been made in a ChangeSet, when they had been published and by which user. This modification now records when the modifications were published and by which user.
