IUserPasswordChangedModification

If a password for a user is changed, then this structural modification is created. It can thus be tracked in the history of changes for a user when the password was changed and by which user. This change is only generated however if a user in onion.net is concerned. In the case of users who are authenticated via other sources such as LDAP, this modification is not recorded.
