Indicates how the ChangeSet was released.

Values

Committed: The ChangeSet was published. All changes carried out on the data objects in the ChangeSet were transferred into the Productive Environment.
Discarded: The ChangeSet was discarded. All changes carried on the data objects in the ChangeSet were discarded.
