SchemaAlreadyInUseException

This exception is triggered if it is attempted to define a schema as abstract when instances already exist.

If a schema is subsequently changed to abstract when data objects of exactly this schema already exist, then this exception is triggered.

In order for this change to the schema to be saved, no more instances may exist. This applies both for the Productive Environment and for all ChangeSets.
