Archive:IChangeSetArchiveCollection

If a ChangeSet has been published or discarded, then it is no longer available in the data repository. So that users can track the history of a ChangeSet, the ChangeSet is not deleted but moved into an archive for ChangeSets.

This function was introduced in version 4.0.7. In the case of instances which updated to this version, only the ChangeSets can be found in the archive which were released after updating.
