Supplies a ChangeSet based on the indicated name.
Return type: Onion.Client.IChangeSet
Parameter

This parameter is the name of the ChangeSet to be returned.
If no ChangeSet is found for the indicated name, then a ChangeSetNotFoundException is triggered.
The name is not case-sensitive.
