Ordered:IChangeSetModification

Supplies information about the last editor and the date of the last sorting of the data object.

This property is NULL if the data object was not sorted in the same level in this ChangeSet. It can be checked whether the change was carried out in the ChangeSet via the property ChangeTypes.
