IChangeSetStateChangedModification
Represents the structural modification "change to the status of a ChangeSet".
If the status of a ChangeSet is changed, then this structural modification is generated. The status of a ChangeSet makes it possible for project managers or quality assurance representatives to complete the work in a ChangeSet. Depending on the status, documents can only be edited which are already in progress or were discarded when checking for correctness.
